We are going to release a new blog titled ‘In the Lab’. This blog series will dive into projects that I am working on, experimenting with new training methods, testing various aspects of performance.
This blog series will be a journal of how I go about exploring personal unknown territories. The point is to show that we are all trying to improve ourselves and this will serve as a means to demonstrate that we all have work to be done to improve.
