An industry-leading strength and conditioning coach, Caron has trained elite athletes in top college football programs. Always focusing on the science-based principles of performance training, Caron believes all aspects of the body must be considered in order to maximize human performance. With two Master’s degrees—one in Performance Enhancement & Injury Prevention and one in Strength & Conditioning—Caron is dedicated to educating trainers and trainees in the science of performance health.
