Got our selflessness Module coming up next!
This will be a good dive into something that I think is really important for the mindset of a S&C coach, this idea of servant minded leadership. There is a huge religious undertone for that statement, which it is important to investigate the root of this thought process. What I hope to unpack is the premise of being more servant minded compared to being taken advantage of.
A, B, C, and D (Brian Hess, Head S&C UNC) all really unpack a lot important aspects of our profession I dont think we talk about enough. I also think you will resonate with our Strength Coach Chronicles blog post, Taking Credit versus Blame.
