We got an absolute banger of a module coming up next week!

This is a very difficult topic, it is the transtion from 2Dimension Anatomy to 3Dimension Functional Anatomy. This is very much so a pardigm shift. Please take a moment and review Thomas Meyers and Gary Grays discussion of a more 3D/Functional Anatomy based approach.

We will have Brijesh Patel on to discuss here his thoughts on this for our interview. He is a great mind and we are stoked to have him on!

Thought the tensegrity module did a really good job at shifting the way we think and look at movements, and the interview really did a fantastic job at delivering the “so what?”.

A big take away being we are always manipulating fascia. It was like a perfect Aha moment as I kind of struggled through the rest of the information. Like I get it fascia is important, But in shifting the perspective – how we program and select and build out movements and progressions, we can impact on fascia while still staying within our scope.

    How good was Brijesh!

Exactly what we wanted to get at, triplanar movement trains fascia and functional anatomy more son than a quality. Looking at that, as its own thing that correlated to open environments is critical to success

So Good! It seems so obvious too, but it all just clicked in that interview.
